Wall Industries Acquires Hoppy® Headlamp Aimers from Hopkins

EMPORIA, KS. November 1, 2005 - Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation announced today that Wall Industries, LLC has acquired its Hoppy® headlamp aimer product line, which has been the standard for original equipment manufacturers, dealers, inspection stations, and repair and body facilities across North America. Wall Industries is a newly formed company led by F. Dale Wall, formerly General Manager of the Aimer division of Hopkins.

The products sold to Wall Industries include the Vision 1®, the most accurate headlamp aimer available on the market; Vision 100, the winner of the Innovation Tools Award; VA 25 a cost effective electronic aimer; and other Hoppy® aimers and related products.

The focus Wall Industries will give to this product line will result in improved products."

Under an agreement with Hopkins, the aimer product line will continue to be marketed using the Hoppy® trade name and trademark. Wall will assemble and distribute the headlamp aimer products from its new facility located in Emporia, Kansas .
